Hello, 8 years ago I dismantled an Okal house prefabricated house in Frankfurt and rebuilt it in Spain. Since the loads in the house are not insignificant, I now want to do the following wall construction for the property of my parents, where I want to move in later. I want to work with pure natural wood and aerated concrete.

The wall construction was like in an Okal house with beams of 9 cm, which have now been replaced by 16 cm, everything else is removed from the wall.

My planned conversion

from inside to outside

Gypsum fiberboard 12.5 mm
Tongue and groove board 19 mm
Slats 3 x 5 cm or 4 x 6 cm in 3 or 4 cm width, with air in between
Delta Luxx Fabio 0.2 mm vapor barrier
Insulation of aerated concrete 350 kg / cbm, with 8 x 16 cm squared timber spaced at 16 cm intervals in between
Tongue and groove board 19 mm
Delta Vent S Plus foil 0.5 mm
Roof batten 24 x 48 mm, with air in between
Offset tongue and groove board 19 mm, or smooth-edged boards 19 mm

Thanks for the info.

My wall construction from inside to outside

OSB board 22 mm, sealed at the joints with adhesive tape

8x16 cm squared timber as stud frame, whitewashed with the material used for painting fruit trees

In between aerated concrete 155 mm

Then wood fiberboard with 80 mm thickness

As final layer a lime plaster

At the bottom there is no longitudinal beam anymore, at the top yes. I could now omit or remove the beams again and then go to aerated concrete 200 mm wide, but I am worried about the statics and the stone itself.

I can also now take 8 x 20 cm or 10 x 20 cm, according to U Value Net I get a U value of 0.231, that would be great, but here the beams are included.

The house is not located in Spain, but in Aachen, it is another house of my parents, which is to be completely renovated, as I want to move in later myself.

The building has a full basement and a distance to the ground of 1 meter, the concrete ceiling itself is 25 cm, since the ceiling was cast incorrectly in 1972, therefore no earth contact at all.

With this construction of course much space is lost inside, but the U value is great.

I want to heat initially only room by room with individual air conditioners in the wall per room with outdoor unit, furthermore a decentralized residential ventilation also per room, since later a piece wood boiler with radiators will be installed.

Thus, I am now working without foils, so the installation takes place on the OSB board and then necessarily in the aerated concrete

OK??? I hope I am not making any conceptual mistakes
