Renovation of an end terraced house

I have some general questions, we want to buy a renovation-required end terrace house in Hamburg. The house has 80 sqm living space, built in 1960, fully basement, night storage heating. The house needs a new bathroom, new kitchen.
now to the questions: (costs when hiring a company)
1. What would a simple bathroom cost me? (tiles, bathtub, sink and toilet)
2. Is it possibly necessary to replace the supply and drain pipes and what would that cost?
3. Is it advisable to replace the heating system immediately and cost?
4. What would new windows cost me, there are two terraces each with a balcony door and two large windows and 5 smaller windows in other rooms.
5. Do I have to fear moisture in the house because of the basement?

I am aware that I have not provided clear information and that this makes estimating the costs very difficult. I hope that people who have already had experience with this can give me an approximate amount.

A house – whether finished or in need of renovation – requires a significant investment, which should – if possible – be well secured. This applies even more if the object of desire is an existing property in need of renovation. Here in the forum, users can certainly give you some "possible" cost points, but whether that will really help you is questionable.

Find an expert you trust near you through well-known portals, e.g.: bvfs.de, and inspect the property with him before you make a purchase commitment. Afterwards, you will almost certainly know about the condition of the property and the expected renovation costs and only then will you be able to make a viable decision.
