Hello everyone,
we would appreciate feedback regarding our current plans.
The conversion of a settlement house from 1960 with a small extension is planned. The property is to be completely renovated, from the basement to the roof. Basically, our goal is to rebuild the house as modern and open as possible. However, we are bound by certain structural conditions since this is not a new build.
A bathroom planning will still take place; for now, the plan only includes the standard elements needed.

Number of parking spaces: 2
Number of floors: 1
Roof type: gable roof
Style: settlement house

Basement, floors: basement yes, 1 full floor, attic with dormers
Number of people: 3
Office: family use
Open or closed architecture: open

Open kitchen, kitchen island: both
Fireplace: included in the plan between dining room and extension

Carport: possibly in front of the house, might be tight because of the kitchen window
