Renovation KFW 461 in combination with Bayern Labo

Hello everyone,
we are about to start our renovation project and I still have a few questions that have not really been answered so far.

It concerns the renovation of an existing building from 1958-
According to the current status, we want to renovate to KFW 55 standard, renovating the ground floor and upper floor, insulating the roof, insulating the facade, modernizing the heating system, and building an extension that will expand one of the two residential units (the one we use ourselves).
Since we live in Bavaria, we would like to take advantage of funding from Bayern Labo in addition to the KFW funding (grant) (we have taken the income limit into account). Bayern Labo could fund the residential space expansion, i.e., the extension as well as the conversion of the attic. However, this residential space expansion apparently also falls under the funding for the renovation of the residential building.
Does anyone know if this extension can thus be funded both by KFW and Bayern Labo?
If I understand correctly, KFW only prohibits combining with other KFW funding, but not with other public funding.
Unfortunately, the caseworker responsible for us could not answer spontaneously and has to inquire first.

Since we live in Bavaria, we would like to take advantage of the KFW subsidy as well as a subsidy from Bayern Labo (we have taken the income limit into account). Bayern Labo could fund the living space expansion, i.e., the extension as well as the conversion of the attic. However, this living space expansion presumably also falls under the subsidy for the renovation of the residential building. Does anyone know if this extension can therefore be subsidized both by the KFW and by Bayern Labo? There are also other exclusions, e.g., Renewable Energy Act funding, tax incentives, etc. Combining with the mentioned subsidy should be possible but the total of both subsidies must not exceed 60%.
