Find an expert who has a mold detection dog. They should sniff around your house. It costs money but is probably more reliable than a simple visual inspection at just a few points.

Why should there be mold at all? Because it is claimed almost everywhere that there must be mold behind the interior insulation? Building physics and belief are two different things. Have you or a mold detection dog found mold in the meantime? It would be interesting to know.
