Hi,
I am interested in a house. However, the bathroom is too small and downright ugly. I would like to move the bathroom to the upper floor. However, there are no water pipes on the upper floor, as there are only 2 bedrooms there. The room is also not above the bathroom, but on the other side of the house.
What additional costs would I have to expect for the bathroom if I have all the necessary pipes and connections moved upstairs?
Also, it is a semi-detached house. Because of the sloping roof, at least the shower would have to be on the wall next to the neighbor. Is that somehow a problem?
Or does anyone have an alternative idea how I can fit a bathtub and shower into the existing bathroom of 3.5m x 1.4m? The only thing I can think of is a corner bathtub with an integrated shower, but the bathroom is laid out in such a way that there is a door and a window on the short sides. In other words, the window would then be in the shower.
Best regards
