Hi,
there were two rulings by the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) regarding bank fees that were unlawfully charged and which can now be claimed back.
I quote from w w w . spiegel . de/wirtschaft/service/kreditbearbeitung-gebuehren-sind-unzulaessig-a-1001688.html:
There is even a sample letter at finanztip.
For a loan with a variable interest rate that I had obtained for the interim financing of my land purchase at DSL Bank, I was charged 450 euros processing fees. In view of the aforementioned rulings and with the help of the sample letter, I would now like to claim back the processing fees.
Has anyone ever done this and has experience with it?
Regards klblb
