Reduce air-water heat pump vibration on house wall

Can I manage this without a refrigerant specialist company? Because I can't commission the system since the refrigerant line is connected there.

If necessary, make the base so high that the position remains unchanged, only detached from the wall. Why do people actually install the heat pump "half in the window"?

Certainly feasible, but I estimate the effort to be considerable. I also find it strange to screw such a large part directly onto the house wall and then partly in front of the window. Our company solved that more elegantly. And later the garden landscaper integrated it superbly into the path.

So in front of the window is now of course suboptimal. But with the holders on the wall is standard practice and is done that way every day all over the world. Of course, that does not change the fact that it eventually, or right away, starts to hum and vibrate. You just have to clarify with the installer of the system beforehand what was planned.
