Ok, I have now done the burn test on the blackish "building material." After a short time, it started to smoke and after about 1 minute under the flame, liquid black material was already dripping down. Furthermore, it smells "tar-like," or like a freshly asphalted road. Ok, if it is NOT [Gußasphalt], what other building material could it be? Any guesses?
Also, it smells somewhat tar-like when I hammer into the ground.

Does this result of the burn test now change your assessment?

Thank you again for the hints :)

It will then be a bitumen emulsion screed, which is also known as "Kompressionsestrich." It is not a poured asphalt for several reasons - at least from my point of view.

Ok, thank you very much for the feedback.

If it is now bitumen emulsion screed, would this change anything regarding the disposal methods or costs?
Do I also have to dispose of this building material through a disposal company (container) or could I take it to the recycling center?

And could you possibly also estimate what insulation is laid underneath this and whether I could simply dispose of it at the recycling center:

Thank you very much.
