Recommended house building companies in Central Hesse wanted

I am looking for construction companies in Gießen and the surrounding area. Do you perhaps know Massa Haus? Unfortunately, I haven't found much about this company. Weberhaus is supposed to be quite good.

In our new development area, a Massa Haus was built. I haven’t heard anything bad about it so far. No idea, but for prefabricated houses, I’d check out Fingerhaus. I have only heard good things about them so far.

Massa Haus is the brand for shell homes at Deutsche Fertighaus Holding. Shell home means it’s not completely finished, allowing the DIYer to really get creative. The quality of the final product then logically depends on one's own craftsmanship skills, so hardly anyone would write reviews about that. Mentioning Massa Haus and Weberhaus in the same breath is quite a joke: Weberhaus is a patisserie in the market segment of freelancers and senior employees—they do pretty much the opposite of dry cookies. Massa Haus is located in the Hunsrück, Weberhaus in the Ortenau district—both very generously interpreted as “Gießen and surroundings.” Bien-Zenker (in Schlüchtern, MKK) would be significantly closer.
