Massa Haus is the brand for shell houses at Deutsche Fertighaus Holding. Shell house means it’s not completely finished, so the DIY enthusiast can still have fun with it. The quality of the final product logically depends on one’s own craftsmanship skills; hardly anyone would write reviews about that. To mention Massa Haus in the same breath as Weberhaus is quite a joke.

Massa Haus is located in the Hunsrück, Weberhaus in the Ortenau district – both loosely interpreted as "Gießen and surrounding area." Bien-Zenker (in Schlüchtern, MKK) would be much closer.

But here we’re talking about a local civil engineer who builds solidly and is also called Weberhaus.

Didn’t even know that Massa Haus does very little interior finishing. But that would fit with our neighbor. I think very highly of him in terms of craftsmanship and trust him to do it.

Originally, Massa Haus made only shell houses all by themselves. Meanwhile, they belong as a brand to a corporate group, in which they are also "responsible" for this market segment (other of the four brands there offer classic prefabricated houses, or solid houses). Massa Haus is basically the Seat of the Deutsche Fertighaus Holding.
