Recommendations for construction companies from the Franconia region

Interesting thread! We are also from Middle Franconia (Nuremberg/Fürth/Erlangen region) and are currently looking for a reliable solid house builder from the region (doesn't have to be the cheapest, quality can definitely have its price!). We have already often read about Köhnlein Massivhaus (KMH), Büttner Massivhaus, and Noriplana Massivhaus, all of which have house proposals in their "[B]standard repertoire" that appeal to us. The "Google" reviews are also mostly positive (4,x ratings).

Is there anyone here in the forum who can give direct feedback from personal experience with these three companies (ideally has built with them themselves)? We would appreciate any tips :)

Subjective: KMH is okay, I had quickly sorted it out back then Büttner ok Noriplana no comment

Additionally recommended: U2Bauplan, Dörr Haus

I just took a look at Dörr Haus. Looks good at first glance, also has house types that appeal to us! I will add it to "our list"!

There are quite a few other good companies as well

You can read a lot about many companies here, not only if you enter their name in the search here but also with their location; furthermore, many are - sometimes quite extensively - mentioned as competitors in experience threads about other companies.
