Rain shower drips arbitrarily

Alright, problem explained or understood and problem solved are still two different things. I'll try running the shower hose afterwards, but honestly that sounds like a design flaw to me. It wasn't necessary with our old shower. Maybe I just have to fully embrace the Amazon rainforest and throw sand into the shower. At least then it won't be so loud.

We have this or a similar "problem" with our "rain shower". With us, water would also continue to run after a while. It’s especially nice, of course, when the tiles (the floor is tiled as well) have already been wiped down and then the water still drips onto them later. We solved it very pragmatically: After showering, the rain shower head is tilted slightly. All the water drips out. This way, the shower only needs to be cleaned/wiped down once and we no longer have problems with water running afterwards.

How often do you shower? And wipe off every time? This is a shower and not a cleanroom.. so some things people make harder for themselves than necessary.

After showering, we pull the water from the walls/floor toward the drain. Duration max. 2 min. This allows the shower area to dry much faster and minimizes the risk of unsightly water stains/limescale stains (our water is unfortunately very limescale-rich) or potential mold growth. In the rental apartment, we hardly ever pulled the water off. Despite ventilation, we sometimes had slight mold growth on the joints and especially on the silicone seals. However, I think people take much better care of ownership than rented things. In hindsight, it's not nice (with rented things), but that's actually the way it is. When you invest so much money, you automatically take much more care (at least that's how it is for me).

Hello again

the solution could be to tilt the shower head after use.
If air enters at the top edge, water can exit at the bottom.
in this way, air also gets into the shower arm more quickly.

My words. We did the right thing intuitively.
