Just a side question: What own contributions have you planned? Those are only labor costs. We have calculated €20,000 and have done very, very much or are still doing a lot even after moving in. I don't remember the other thread anymore, but do you think you can manage that?

Quite an interesting development... now it’s supposed to be even 500k and equity is conjured out of thin air. I wish you good luck!

How many percent do you want to repay, or how high should your rate be?

1,500 per month in installments. The repayment rate then consists of the repayment of the KFW + annuity loan.

Did I calculate correctly that this would initially be 1.9%? I find that borderline.
