Questions about the order

@Dirk, yes that sounds logical with the chimney. Well, we will see how we want to do it, but we are not that far yet. We have not signed anything, not even had a conversation. All the considerations are theoretical for now. We want to inform ourselves as well as possible before we talk to construction companies. The building authority is located in our district office, but due to the new district reforms, there is an external branch, the main office, and another building authority in the district town. It’s a bit confusing to know who the right contact person is. Ok, and what happens if you have signed the contract with the construction company, who submits everything and the building permit is not granted?? Can you then withdraw??

, that’s how we imagine the living/dining/kitchen area too. Why did you still decide on a "normal" chimney if it is more expensive? Because of the look?
