Question about construction financing

Hello everyone,

I would like to hear your opinion on our situation... Maybe you can help me.

Equity: €30,000

Our house is being planned by a prefabricated house provider. Since my husband works in the factory himself, we get a 10% discount.

My husband is very skilled with handiwork.. From the company, we only let them provide the essentials. We do all the other work ourselves.

We already have a building plot that should be included in the financing (€40,000). We need financing of about €250,000..

Our net income together is €3,200..

How exactly do the €250,000 add up, or how did you calculate them?

the prefabricated house company calculated that for us..

but what is all included in the total, just the land plus the house?
