What was the question again? Whether 5.85 is enough for a double carport. The rest is none of our business. It is in SH, where there are plots to choose from, common to pick your house and say, well, where do I build it now. And it is common to stick closely to the standard. That’s why we also build much cheaper than in southern Germany. Here you can still get a single-family house, team massive Ytong plastered, with six hundred land set up for 250 in more rural regions of the country. And 45 50 per sqm land still exists too. Are these the actual cadastral measurements or rounded measurements from an exposé? In the latter case, the question may not even arise, because the plot is 30cm wider or narrower.

The one with the optimal size (1024 sqm) is out for me because it faces north.

With so much more size, it should be possible to arrange it cleverly. Several people in this forum have a knack for that. Post the floor plan and the two plots here and be surprised.
