Hello dear ones,
I am completely new here and hope that one or the other can tell me something about a fantastic plot.
We have now found a plot that we like very much. It is a larger area that is to be divided, and we have registered our interest in the rear plot. The path to the back is being purchased by us as well. Of course, this results in higher costs, but that is better than if we were only granted a right of way, right? Or do you then have other important obligations as the owner of the path? Are there disadvantages compared to a pure right of way?
Furthermore, the development will certainly be more expensive than for the front plot. We were estimated about 21,000€ by the construction company for development. Is that realistic? Or too little?
Thank you very much for your answers!
