We just wanted to sign the personal loan and saw that it was mentioned incredibly in fine print that the loan cannot be used for land and residential property. The notarial deed without registration of a land charge was signed yesterday. We have until 08/11/2020 to transfer the money.

Now we are getting panicked and are wondering if there are even personal loans that we can use to finance the remaining amount of our land? We are somewhat afraid of having been misinformed.

What did the bank say? You must have given a reason why you need the loan! Aren't you talking to your banker?
