Property Evaluation - Your Opinion is Needed

I find the plot very nice, also the dimensions are good. We also live in a „Stadtvilla“, before we had a gable roof house with sloping ceilings. We like the „Stadtvilla“ very much visually and the use without sloping ceilings is also much better.
