Since little wind comes from the south, it should not be disturbing. I work in the Horster Dreieck... some people live incredibly loudly there. But it really depends on the location relative to the wind. My workplace building is next to the highway - you can hardly hear anything.Oh I would definitely test that. We once had a similar property in view with also 2km. It was frighteningly loud.
