Why? If I hope to get several different opinions from multiple forums, I don't really find it inappropriate to ask the same question at the same time, multiple times.
When I compare prices, I also don't only go to one store... ;)
But it's difficult to dance at two weddings. Answering from the OP then isn't easy anymore, and at some point, it's like "haven't I already written this..?"
On the topic: Being a broker is a profession. He is not receiving an offer below standard for the first time in his career and surely knows how to deal with the offer accordingly. If he shouldn't break down the €100 offer, then that would probably have been discussed with the owner beforehand. There's no need to be afraid that he won't lower the price just because of the commission dependent on the purchase price, because for him, it means constantly having to invest more work into the offer.
