But it's difficult to dance at two weddings. Answering from the OP then isn't easy anymore, and at some point, it's like "haven't I already written this..?"

On the topic: Being a broker is a profession. He is not receiving an offer below standard for the first time in his career and surely knows how to deal with the offer accordingly. If he shouldn't break down the €100 offer, then that would probably have been discussed with the owner beforehand. There's no need to be afraid that he won't lower the price just because of the commission dependent on the purchase price, because for him, it means constantly having to invest more work into the offer.

More difficult yes, I agree with you - but to speak of bad style right away, as was done above, I find somewhat over the top.

Personally, one forum is enough for me - but everyone can surely do as they please without being attacked in this way.

Regards,

Dirk

Just casually dropping such a sentence doesn’t exactly show much sensitivity ;) Had a bad night?

Just a quick note about the thing with the broker. If you have contacted the broker once as an interested party, with name etc., and later enter into a purchase agreement without the broker and the broker finds out about it, then it will be assumed that the contract came about because of the broker and you still have to pay the commission! I even think it says that everywhere like that. I would be very careful about that!

Hello everyone,

Thank you for the numerous responses. In our case, the market economy has worked in our favor. We will go for €70,000. We will dispose of the legacy issues ourselves....... I will ask elsewhere about the exact procedure.

If this comment here: "Die selbe Fragestellung in mehreren Foren zu posten ist ganz schlechter Stil." refers to my question, which I posted in another construction forum, then I find it very unfortunate that this is called "bad style." The more information I can get, the better it is for our project, because I want to build as "large" as possible just once, and it is therefore important for me to hear the most diverse opinions on a topic so that I can ultimately form my own objective opinion.

Be that as it may. A big thank you for your contributions :).
