Hello everyone,

I have a question regarding the tiles installed in my bathroom. I ordered large brown tiles (solid colors) for the bathroom and did receive some, but they are all defective (color defects), you can see that the tiles have a color gradient and fade - all of them.

I complained about this, and both the manufacturer and the supplier came and admitted that the tiles are not okay.

Now I insist on a price reduction or new tiles with all associated costs included.

The manufacturer has now offered me a ridiculous €300 discount, while each tile including tiler costs me €70.

Do I have a chance if I go to court? Or what would you recommend, what rights do I have?

Thank you in advance,

Omid
