I also have a problem with the Hjälpsam dishwasher. One day it also stopped with the well-known "three beeps" and only pumped out water, although it hadn't produced any foam, etc.
After reading the posts here (thanks ), I emptied the sump and ran two dishwasher cleaners through it. That worked fine for two wash cycles, and then the sump was full again... Usually when the machine had been "resting" for a while. You can't say at what point in the program, sometimes after 10 minutes, sometimes after 50 minutes, it varies a lot.
The water then runs through the two thin black hoses into the sump, but I simply can't determine where the hoses come from, at least not without pulling out the machine completely and removing the side panels.
Since the machine is still under warranty, I'd rather not remove any covers except for the sump plate.
Where could the problem be coming from?
