Private wind turbine

so far I don't know this for a private house, and I can't imagine how that would work. Because these wind turbines are very large and they always make a certain noise. I dare to doubt whether you are even allowed to do that in a residential building!!

Hi, so if that's possible, then I'll buy a wind turbine too. But the ones I've seen so far were very big and when I imagine having them on the roof, I don't know how that would work. Because I fear that in a storm it might lift the whole roof off.
