Primary energy demand in KfW55

I was a bit confused about the primary energy demand in our thermal insulation verification. Isn't it a bit too high at almost 50 kWh/m2a for a KfW55 house?

Depends on the heat generator how high the primary energy demand is. For the consumer, the final energy demand is decisive.

And for a brine-water heat pump, this value is not too high?

For me, it was significantly lower for a brine-water heat pump, and as of April 1st, the factor for electricity was even improved. As a layperson, I would say yes, much too high, but I don't know enough about it.
