I think the BU has had enough unpaid planning stuff and wants to get down to business.

The OP will certainly have no desire to move on and start from scratch.

I think so too, from my experience – I don’t just write a lot here, but read even more and already have a thick Langenscheidt "Häusleträumer./.Deutsch" in my head – I interpret the words

as: "we have since requested every little detail to be changed back and forth three times." If you want to write the design of the flush button into the scope of construction services, of course the builder gives a warning shot. Because he is not least aware that people constantly trample around the construction site and send urgent emails on Sundays saying "someone in the forum said this is not standard-compliant," so he adds a millimeter-man surcharge. Guys, get this straight: your house price may be a lot of money for you, but for the builder only such a small part of it is profit margin that pampering a princess of peas cannot be "included."

I would definitely disagree with that in the current market phase.

Not necessarily. Labor costs and material prices are also rising quite a bit. Last year, for example, the mason’s hour cost me €49 - now it’s €52.

But that doesn't really amount to a 10 percent increase that the mason ultimately receives. I think it's the usual case that supply and demand determine the price, as with many things.

Nope, just under 6%, but I did say before 5-8% and from 8% to 10% is not far. Anyway. Nothing can be done about it. It won't get better in the short term. Unfortunately
