Price for laundry chute

I have heard that with a spiral duct, holes have to be drilled through the pipe to fasten it. Doesn't the laundry get caught when sliding through?

Our laundry chute is supposed to go from the basement to the upper floor. The recesses are already in the concrete ceilings.

I connected the nipples between the pipes with aquarium adhesive and also smoothed the transitions with it - the pipe is additionally stabilized by the pipe holders and ultimately held completely by foaming per floor.

So nowhere screwed directly into the pipe itself.
