Prefabricated house provider selection experiences?

Please, no comments like "oh was that really so clever" or "Haas is notorious for constantly cheating their customers with bait offers" or "your own fault, you should have listened to us, have fun in your overpriced, leaky dump, haha!"... :( Thanks, but I don't need any more uncertainty now. The decision has been made.

We have had bad experiences..

Haas is one of the cheap providers, all warranties such as static calculations are outsourced to the EU abroad. The house is changed later for static reasons, but this only happens during factory planning, shortly before the installation date. Complaints are ignored.
Unenthusiastic sampling, everything must be done in advance, no tips, costs were apparently memorized from various price lists.

No transparency regarding subcontractors or costs.
The building services were also planned incorrectly; what we have is too weak.
Additional costs were charged, which we refused, and were frequently criticized on trustpilot.

The forms are generally sent for review on too short notice.
