Prefabricated house or solid house?

I would like to sincerely thank all of you. Many thanks, every single contribution has helped me immensely and my decision is leaning towards a solid house. Not because I really have valid reasons for it, but because it is truly a gut decision. When I think about a solid house, I have fewer stomach aches :) Once again, thank you all very much and I wish you a pleasant evening

Yeah, sure - you can't really build two houses just because both options aren't wrong :)
