Prefab house provider with walls you can drill into?

Are you familiar with prefabricated house companies whose wall construction allows you to drill a hole in the wall at any desired location? I favor wall cabinets and would like to know how the wall construction must be at a prefabricated house company so that I can install wall cabinets almost anywhere at any time later. Furthermore, I do not want to commit to exterior shutters yet and would like to know whether that is also possible with a prefabricated house or whether some kind of reinforcement must already be planned beforehand.

In my experience, smaller companies (local carpenters who also offer timber frame construction) especially offer a certain flexibility: "OSB board? No problem, we can attach that." But I can't tell you how much the extra cost is. but you should definitely pay attention to that if you want wall cabinets! regarding the shutters: We decided not to attach anything to the facade because of the render facade. Otherwise, sooner or later you will have streaks. We even want to keep the mailbox separate. Therefore, I can't tell you when you can attach them without problems. Or are you doing a clinker facade?

I would inquire with the respective prefab house company. Fingerhaus, for example, does not offer shutters at all, but for other reasons.
