I mean problematic in the sense of: not just hole, dowel, screw done and no matter how heavy. But as I said, it's just an estimate.

True, it was just mentally about Ytong because of Town & Country.

That's quite normal by now. Schwörerhaus, Gussek Haus Weberhaus. Just look at the construction service description and the wall structure.

We are not doing a brick facade. I have never seen the mentioned streaks on a house with shutters. Where do the streaks come from?

Not specifically with shutters - also quite often with window sills. Where water runs down the facade, such unsightly streaks often appear. A plaster facade is simply more sensitive than brick. Walk through residential areas with open eyes, there are huge differences in plaster quality. And if you don’t have a very high-quality plaster and then also dirt catchers on the facade (and I count shutters among those), the facade soon won’t look so nice anymore.

Low demand. Possibly also the effort for wood certification. At least some builders have said that this is why they do not have real wood windows.
