In any case, take pictures just as the workers left the construction site. I will try to store loose parts wind-protected. Dixi... hm I think I can't secure that so easily...

I will go for a nice walk this evening. Finally, all the [Raffstores] are up, otherwise it's so hard to look inside.

We have an old building and a finished garden. During a storm, I only bring in everything that is loose, such as my rotary dryer, balcony boxes, hanging boxes, and hanging decorations. For everything else, the rule here is: it just has to hold. The only thing that worries me is always the roof, but so far it has withstood every storm.

Securing a construction site is incomparably more difficult. Especially scaffolding, tarps... there's so much stuff lying around outside. I would put away small parts and everything that can fly around in a storm. In the case of a hurricane, you probably just have to hope that nothing happens.
