Hello,

I received a template like this from the real estate agent today. The text also states that the seller is not obliged to attend the notary appointment or agree to the purchase. Now the question is, am I in any case obliged to pay for this draft purchase contract and related costs, and if so, how high would the costs be for a purchase price of about 170,000 euros?

Thank you

Unfortunately, not much information can be gleaned from your post. Among other things, it is not even clear what role you are playing here - buyer? seller? Please provide some background information, including regarding the template? from the real estate agent?? Regards

Hello,

well, I am the buyer, but that should be clear when I ask if I also have to pay if the seller does not appear or does not sell. Here is the text

The buyer expressly confirms that the financing of the purchase price is secured. A corresponding confirmation from the financing or account-holding bank is attached to this agreement or will be submitted in time before the notarization appointment.

The cost burden for the draft initially falls on the client.

Who orders the music pays. In this case you. Whether the seller appears at the orchestra or not.

No, because "you" is not the client here, but a potential buyer. I initially see the cost burden with the owner.
