yes damn, I already feared the condensation of water in the pipes with a cold roof. insulating the roof is too complicated. and exceeds the budget. unfortunately, laying the ventilation pipes in the cavity ceiling is not possible. so I can only lay them on the floor. do you think it is sufficient to thoroughly wrap the pipes and the entire system again with insulation wool? and how would you position the air inlets and outlets?

Anyone who can afford a pool heater should not complain about lack of money and can certainly afford professional sizing/system design! ;-)

Best regards

yes, actually, unfortunately I ran out of money. because what happened is something I think every home builder knows. everything has simply become significantly more expensive than planned!! :-)

well, as I said, you have to insulate the entire system including the pipes very well... it basically has to become airtight... and a condensate drain for the device itself must also be provided...

I would install exhaust vents in the bathrooms/kitchen/laundry room and supply air in all other areas... install overflow openings at the doors or shorten the door leaf... afterwards, calibrate the system and that's it...

for 160 sqm you need to plan a system of about 300-400 cbm.

Whoever plans incorrectly and possibly with unsuitable advisors must then also live with the consequences!
