Sometimes it makes sense because you can then register a normal power connection earlier. That means you do have a temporary construction power box, but it is connected to the pole, and with that, you can register a completely normal power connection. Connecting and disconnecting the temporary construction power connection and then connecting again to the HAR can be more expensive than setting the pole once. If the distance from the street to the HAR is long, the power connection (supplier costs) can be more expensive because the supplier’s flat rate per meter is much higher than the electrician’s rate from the pole (at the boundary to the street). But it all depends on the supplier’s guidelines. So if a pole, then near the street and in such a way that a route to the HAR is as short and safe as possible. However, the pole should not be too close to the future driveway so that nothing gets blocked there.
