Poroton brick walls or Liapor walls FCN

Hello everyone, we are currently planning the house and are not quite sure whether Poroton brick walls or Liapor walls from the company NFC in Fulda.

I have read all the forum posts about Liapor. Basically, I am very impressed by the Liapor material and its properties (thermal insulation, soundproofing etc.) and the fast construction method. My only problem is that I don’t find much in the way of experience reports about this company.

Has anyone built with them and can say something about it?
Does anyone know someone who has built with NFC?

Because I am missing experience reports specifically about this provider, I am currently leaning towards Poroton 42.5mm with air chambers.

Liapor cannot hold a candle to Poroton in the slightest ....

I mean stability, noise pollution, value retention... everything speaks for Poroton, preferably 42cm with insulated bricks.

Liapor is just cheaper, more affordable, etc...

take a look at a show house and let the children play upstairs and you can hear everything throughout the whole house ...

With all due respect, that is absolute nonsense; it may reflect your personal opinion, but your statement is far from reality!

have visited several model homes made of Liapor ..

Absolutely cheap construction ... at the latest when reselling you realize it when no one is willing to pay the price ...

Solid house stone by stone is always the highest quality ... selling price rises from construction! ..
Have several single-family houses with freelance architects in the circle of acquaintances, no house is available for under 500K and that will remain so in the next years.

We have been living for 16 years in a 3-story terraced house made of these stones (36er, uninsulated, KLB). The first years with children, now the grandchildren visit more often.. Noise pollution is not an issue at all. The energy balance is great. What should be wrong with the stability?? We have no cracks, settlements, or anything like that...

Expanded clay is fired from low-lime clay and without artificial or chemical additives – in the production of Poroton, pore-forming agents are added to the clay. As a result, two high-quality building materials are created, which may be many things, but certainly not cheap!

Moreover, the value of a single-family house is not determined solely by the masonry; I know many expensive huts which – despite the low-interest phase – wait like slow sellers on the shelf for their big day.

It is one thing to present/praise your personal preferences, another to badmouth the colorful variety of alternatives; there is not ONE stone for everyone. I have already built this bridge for you once; there will not be a third time.
