We have been living for 16 years in a 3-story terraced house made of these stones (36er, uninsulated, KLB).

The KLB stone is another variant of lightweight concrete. It has only a few Ton components; it consists mostly of pumice.

but everyone has different views or demands.

Liapor walls are not miracle walls and quality usually has its price... The individual stone has a cost point, so you can see where you stand ...
