Plot with a slight slope - house set lower?!

Good day dear community,

we have made good progress with our planning. That means: the plot officially belongs to us. The house is fully planned and the building permit is already there.
Now it was time to apply for drainage. Since our plot has a slight slope towards the north, the house is currently set a bit lower. This is partly because I need every centimeter for the garage height.

Now the "lower set house" bothers me a bit. I have already spoken with our engineer. He gave me 2 options. A. leave it as is. B. fill everything up, but then we have to make the garage significantly lower, since the 3m have to be taken from the original ground level. (lousy rule).
We could still ask the neighbors for permission if it would be okay to go higher, but those who have the plots next to or behind us are still not fixed yet.

What would you do? Does anyone have an idea?
Until now, I thought of a compromise. Meaning only fill up a little, but not all the way to the southern street level. This way, there is less slope at the driveway and the garage can still be made relatively high.

I hope I was able to explain my problem somewhat well.

I have attached a few pictures of the views and the plot plan including the elevation.

Maybe someone has a bright idea.

Best regards
Brauki

Garage with a sloping roof as an alternative? In times of increasing heavy rainfall events, I would never build a house in such a hollow. Is the street including the sidewalk already finished? They often come back significantly higher at the end.

We obtained a deviation permit in the building permit precisely for these reasons.....It took a while and cost a bit, but to me it was worth it..... I had the feeling that no one really put much thought into the development plan....

Yes, it would be an alternative. We have no windows to the garage.
Well, the house would not be in a depression. It would slope on the south side and then run straight over to the neighbor. He is also on a slope, just further "below."

In what way a deviation permit? That you are allowed to build the garage higher than 3m above naturally grown ground?

Hello Brauki
Do I understand correctly that the house is below the backwater level? Then you should plan for good surface drainage. I don't think that after the building permit is granted, the house can simply be raised. Is the garage intended for cars? Then 2.25 m raw construction height should be sufficient plus foundation and roof structure should leave 25 cm remaining.
