Good day,

we are building on a building plot in a housing cooperative with 10 single-family houses which are realized as 5 semi-detached houses. The next step will be the selection of the respective house or the indication of the houses you want and those you definitely do not want. Now my question to you is, which house would you choose according to the attached plan and the rendering, taking into account that:

[*]houses 1-8 (viewed from the left) are oriented to the south and houses 9-10 thus to the southeast
[*]at house 1, as shown in the plan, there is an approximately 5m high wall behind the house, which gradually slopes down towards house 10, behind which is a large meadow
[*]the parking space at house 9 will be shifted to the left and will no longer be located in the middle of the garden

I thank you in advance for your valuable tips and wish you a pleasant Sunday!

What does that mean? And what is that in the south? A residential street? Do you access the houses only via a footpath in the north? In the rendering: are those supposed to be the semi-detached houses?

The parking lot remains with the same house but is shifted all the way to the left to the property boundary. However, it still takes away a piece of the garden, I probably expressed myself incorrectly here, sorry.

The houses are accessed via a footpath in the north, that is correct. The entrances are via a staircase at house 1 and a ramp at house 10. To the south is the street with the garage driveways.

In the rendering you cannot yet see the semi-detached houses, only the 5 levels where they will be realized. To the right of them are single-family houses that have already been built, which are separated from the residential development zone by the ramp at house 10.

#9 I would prefer, it is the least on the slope and still has some space towards the southwest.

Where is that?
