Plot of land on the federal highway, noise?

I lived for 20 years on a busy federal road. You eventually stop hearing the noise. Today, I would only consider a federal road if the property offers the possibility to have a really unobstructed view of nature. (preferably towards the northwest/ where the sun sets) you can sit outside nicely in the evening and watch the sun set on the horizon. It’s really great in nature. The property must, of course, be somewhat larger for this, otherwise you just have the usual garden vibe. The 8 meters on the federal road are hardly the property prices? You can easily have a quiet house today with proper windows (it’s all just a matter of price). Outside, it is always relatively loud. We had an embankment back then that absorbed some of the noise.
