What does little slope mean? A slope is already a good thing. And whether I have running costs due to a pump or due to regular flushing (you don't always have to wait for a blockage) is a decision that should be weighed.

Of course that's true. But the development costs for 60m plus problems with the drainage then deterred us. According to the municipality, development would also be planned on this side of the street. Unfortunately, that is a heavily trafficked main road. On the other side, development is possible, but much more difficult. I think we will probably continue to look.
