Especially because we are building on a curve, it is very important that the ridge matches the street :p We could also build a hip roof with a super short ridge in the “correct” orientation, but it would just look really stupid among all the gable roofs :rolleyes:

Higher knee wall & associated lower roof pitch as well as more roof overhang. Those would be the most important points for us.

Sounds at first just contradictory ...

... as well as in this triad usually with little prospects. This combination goes in three out of three points in a direction that touches the "regional typical character," with which such specification combinations are usually justified. Read the justification for the development plan, if it has already been "digitized" for such an "old" specimen.
