Hello
we are currently planning a city villa and definitely want to add a double garage. this should be just under 9 meters long with an outdoor shed (garden furniture, etc.) and run along the border to the neighbor (Schleswig-Holstein allows this). but we definitely want the side walls to be clad with bricks just like the house itself, and the roof should have the same tiles as the house. (it should look like it is made from one piece) but how do I plan something like this if I don't order the garage directly? how do I know in advance what width I need to calculate? I am not allowed to leave a 10-20 cm "reserve" to the neighboring property because I would no longer be able to use it. but I also don't want 20 cm of space between the house and the garage because that looks impossible. I would like to get directly into the garage via the side entrance door through the utility room.
