All points are justified to be mentioned and discussed. I think the house offers suitable possibilities for all phases of life. The phase (teenager) where it might not be optimal may last about 5-6 years.... I plan to use the house for a significantly longer time.... Am I building a house now according to my ideas or for a limited phase in between?

Such a big and expensive house and then 2 tiny little children's rooms. Honestly: give up the gallery and make a proper area for the children with their own bathroom. The gallery won't look good anyway, because in my opinion it is in the wrong place. If a gallery, then please right over the dining area and not like it is with you. Visually, it looks like wanting to but not being able to.

The small rooms are hardly enough during the school years either. You can try drawing in bed, armchair, wardrobe, desk, and some movement space in front. Then possibly also for the study period? ... So, you will have something from your children for 25 years...

So children live at home for about 20-25 years (studies) and not just 5-6 years. My eldest is 8 and already kicks me out of the bathroom when she is in there. And children don’t need space only in their teenage years, but already from toddler age. Not to forget, the space the kids need to play with their toys and receive friends. I find it very selfish of you to provide children with only such a small area and already say, they won’t live there for long anyway and we don’t build for the children.

... At 60, you have different housing ideas anyway and plan anew ;)

....I will reflect once again and see how we can bring together the topics that are important to us today....and those of tomorrow....
