I have a follow-up question: "Single garage with direct door into the house" - "For me, this idea would already be a no-go."
What do you think is so bad about it?
Fourfold:
1. Throwing in a nice-to-have or must-have without ever having commissioned a house plan and without having seen a design of a house shows a planner, who doesn't even know the plot yet, that the client has strange priorities and could be difficult.
2. It reduces planning freedom and already - without reasons - imposes a corset on the planner/the house.
3. It is difficult to connect a garage to a prefabricated house properly.
4. A single garage (let’s take the standard width) offers no space for comfortable passage.
