The houses visible in the picture are supplied and fed by the street running crosswise at the end of the picture, so all our connections must also go there. Electricity basically comes from underground, the area is rural but largely well connected, except for a few side streets not yet developed, unfortunately including ours.

It concerns the upper plot 107/1. Unfortunately, I only have one image from Google Maps and a site plan. Water, electricity, and telephone only run up to the lower cross along the street; the sewer goes a bit further up the street to the smaller cross.

Then I don't believe that your development costs will be sufficient. Your supplier will certainly strive to lay the lines in the street and not across the neighbor's property, ergo ripping up the entire street. That will be expensive.

According to the municipality, this can be laid next to the road in the planned buffer between the road and the property. I have also requested a cost estimate from a construction company.
