Slope position is always difficult to define, of course it is an undeniable slope position that requires quite a bit of work. However, the valley-side slope is no longer part of our section, so we only have one dimension to the slope. Regarding the "developed" part, I have to say that there is nothing in the street I photographed lengthwise. The houses visible in the picture are supplied and fed by the street running crosswise at the end of the picture, so all our connections must also go there. Electricity basically comes from underground, the area is rural but largely well connected, except for a few side streets not yet developed, unfortunately including ours.

It's the same - but if despite thousands of square meters not everything you see as scrubby meadow in the photo is supposed to be the relevant property, then please mark its boundaries in the photos and/or a cadastral excerpt or aerial image.

It concerns the upper plot 107/1. Unfortunately, I only have one image from Google Maps and a site plan. Water, electricity, and telephone only run up to the lower cross along the street; the sewer goes a bit further up the street to the smaller cross.

Then I don't believe that your development costs will be sufficient. Your supplier will certainly strive to lay the lines in the street and not across the neighbor's property, ergo ripping up the entire street. That will be expensive.

According to the municipality, this can be laid next to the road in the planned buffer between the road and the property. I have also requested a cost estimate from a construction company.
