twice as much fits into a pantry cabinet as into a pull-out cabinet,
only plan pull-outs, 90-100cm wide,

I would move the house 2m further north because of the terrace and evening sun,
or if you like sun all day, all the way north and use the parking spaces as a visual barrier to the street

For perpendicular parking, in my opinion 6m should be sufficient.

If we move the house further north, unfortunately there won’t be much garden left. Why would you do that?

Rotate the house because of the cars, no way. According to the description, it is a rear access property; you should show significantly more classification of the location.
Attached is an alternative variant that we currently like best given the local conditions. Is the "front garden" sufficient as a maneuvering zone for a mid-size car or will that be too tight?
