And what knee wall height? Or full room height on the upper floor?

I don’t find the two children's rooms facing north to be ideal. I would rather try to have them facing south, with the parents' room and bathrooms facing north instead. That way, drainage problems would also be solved at the same time.

In the kitchen area, the possible tall cabinet block is located relatively far from the main action.

And I think the benefit of direct garage access is overrated with this layout. Groceries are usually kept in the trunk, and I find it easier to go through the front door to the storage room. Then you don’t have to pass the car in the garage and still walk through the whole hallway inside the house.
And children/guests will probably enter through the front door anyway.

Since we want 3 children's rooms, there is no space for an extra dressing room! That will be solved with floor-to-ceiling wardrobes.

You have the space, thanks to your planning the sleeping person will be disturbed by the other when dressing and using the (parents') bathroom.

There will be a coat rack on the right in the hallway for guests! Ours is at the garage with again floor-to-ceiling wardrobes.

And then you stand there in a narrow hallway under artificial light in front of the garage door...

The master bathroom will be closed with a glass sliding door. There will only be a toilet and shower in it.

So the other bathroom is not a children's bathroom? A clearer separation would be better here. Soundproofing will be interesting, also on the ground floor.

I definitely want a bench or corner bench custom-made, therefore a wall! Not much more glass is possible downstairs; the kitchen and living room will be equipped with glass sliding elements!

And why do you not want to look outside from the bench with a wall behind your back? The window on the right side also only offers a view of the back wall of the garages, why?

The laundry will be in the utility room (called storage room on the plan)! The hallway will be illuminated with floor and ceiling spots. The recesses are simply an optical incentive for us and also because of the dining bench or the concrete ceiling will then be extended there as a canopy. What dirt area??

You will always have to cross the guest entrance area on the way from the living area to the upper floor, and pick up the usual dirt there, yummy. For a family of five, you could optimize the route regarding laundry handling.
