Have they changed something? We had received a different offer, but that was in 2014.

So without tiles, floors, and painting stuff, only electrical leftovers, i.e. switches, and sanitary furniture would remain. Then 10% would still be okay, I think. Of course, not with the first mentioned.

There is even more. "Elektroreste" also means the complete connection wiring and meter and distribution cabinet, network, sat, electric shutters,...

In addition, the complete heating system is missing (except for the installed loops of the underfloor heating), all interior doors.

The brick shell and external insulation are also completely missing.

Oops. Then 10% is really out of the question, or rather 90% at that time..

It is as it is. The framework conditions of a general contractor are usually not changeable. But one can of course inquire whether something can be done about it.

However, I also understand it when a construction company builds in a time buffer. Unimaginable for a company if a subcontractor cannot "deliver" on time, then the general contractor gets into trouble. I would do it the same way.

Yes, that's how it is. That is why we, who have already built, advocate a realistic calculation where the incidental construction costs are well estimated or a good buffer is built in. The conditions of the bank are easy to read for those wanting to build, so you can add one and one together. As an advising forum member here, one is often judged as overly cautious. I think most here had to pay in parallel. A house construction is rarely completed within these 6 months. You have the choice.
